The hotel had a few drawbacks but offered a mix of positives. The rooms were in poor condition with mismatched carpet, although the sink was an exception, and the service was decent with access to shops and commercial services. The location was inconvenient being on an alley with nearby dumpsters in a bad part of town, yet it provided easy access to the freeway and restaurants, with the occasional noise from 4x4 trucks passing by. The dining experience lacked high-quality products, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
